All that we do as Christ followers is tied to a soul. Because of this, we believe we must target our efforts so that our time and resources are directed to equipping those in the church for maturity in Christ and evangelizing the lost. To succeed in accomplishing our purpose of “Loving God and Loving People,” we have some basic core values that guide our daily life. These values are nonnegotiable and are a part of who we are as a ministry and in everything that we do as Christ followers.

 

We value the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16–17).

 

We value Worship (Psalm 29:2).

 

We value Love (Luke 10:27).

 

We value People Development (Ephesians 4:11–12).

 

We value Giving (Luke 6:38; Romans 12:1).

 

We value Evangelism (Luke 19:10).

 

We value a Commitment to Excellence (Colossians 3:23; 1 Corinthians 9:24–27).

 

We value an Attitude of Servitude (Matthew 20:28).

 

We value Submission to Authority (Hebrews 13:17).
